Pasta with green beans
Instructions
Boil the beans and potatoes without skins.
When will the baking time needed to cook the pasta in the same pan, pour the pasta of your choice.
Drain and pour into a tureen with fontina, cut into strips, parmesan and melted butter in which you will fry the garlic, sprinkle with pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of any type pasta
- 200 g of green beans
- 4 potatoes
- 100 g of fontina cheese
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 40 g of butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
