Pasta with ham
Instructions
Prepare the sauce: bring to boil the cream, combine the ham cut into slices and simmer until the cream has reduced by about half.
Remove from heat, add butter, parmesan cheese, parsley and mix.
Cook pasta al dente, the sauce warm, covered, on a slight flame.
Then dress it and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of any type pasta
- 250 g of cream
- 30 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 200 g of ham (slices from 200 g)
