Instructions
Finely chop the onion and FRY in oil.
Add chopped Rosemary, Sage, oregano and season.
Combine the tomato puree and cook for 15 minutes.
Pour the sauce into a baking dish and add the cream until a pink colour and a creamy consistency.
Combine the noodles cooked al dente and stir, adding Parmesan cheese.
