Instructions

Brown in a sauteed onion, garlic, olive oil and butter, fennel and sprinkle with the flour, add the broth and cook for about 1 hour.

Blend everything, heat, combine the egg yolk diluted with milk, sprinkle with salt and serve with croutons.
