Pumpkin ravioli with butter and sage
Instructions
Boil in salted boiling water the ravioli.
Meanwhile melt butter just on fire (without coloring it) with the Sage leaves.
Drain the ravioli; put them on plates and pour the melted butter.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

- 24 ravioli of pumpkin ravioli type pasta
- 50 g of butter
- 6 leaves of sage
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Unrefined sea salt
