Pumpkin pudding and potatoes with dill
Instructions
Peel the pumpkin and bake the pizza for 20 minutes at 250 degrees.
Boil the potatoes.
Prepare a mince of garlic and Rosemary and saute lightly in oil.
Pass the potatoes through potato masher, purée with spice mixture and salt and fold with the pumpkin pulp.
Put the mixture into a greased baking oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and juniper berries pounded in a mortar.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

- 500 g of pumpkin
- 5 potatoes
- 6 juniper berries
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Breadcrumbs
- Sea salt
