Savory pappardelle
Instructions
Peel the onion, wash and slice it finely, then letting it wither in 1 pan with oil.
Combine the ham cut into strips and cook for a few minutes.
Shelling peas and sliced mushrooms, combine it with ham.
After 3 minutes add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and cook for 30 minutes.
Cook pasta, drizzle with sauce and Parmesan.

- 350 g of type fresh pappardelle pasta
- 150 g of ham
- 150 g of mushrooms
- 250 g of peeled tomatoes
- 250 g of fresh peas
- 1 onion
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 80 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
