Stuffed bread
Instructions
Halve the Philo and not rub with the garlic, season with oil, salt, pepper and rest.
Cover the bottom of the bread with sliced tomatoes, chopped celery and onion into rings.
Sprinkle with anchovy fillets and chopped Basil.
Drizzle with oil and salt, cover with the other half of bread and keep it under a weight until lunch.
Cut into slices and serve.

- 1 loaf of bread
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 stalks of celery
- Some of anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Basil
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
