Instructions

Mix meat, add 2 eggs, brandy, butter, onion, Basil and a bit of chopped Marjoram, salt and pepper.

Firm up the other 2 eggs.

Put the mixture into buttered baking dish 1, rolled up like a salami, having placed in the center of the 2 eggs.

Put it in the oven, at moderate heat, for 1 hour.
