Chop the fish, pine nuts and raisins and put everything into a bowl.
Add the grated Parmesan, the egg, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
Mix well all the ingredients and form into balls.
Flour them and fry them in plenty of boiling oil.
