Orecchiette with mushrooms
Instructions
To heat oil in saucepan 1; combine the onion and chopped and cleaned leave it Saute, then add the anchovies and fungi hulled, sliced and washed.
Add the wine and cook for 10 minutes.
Add salt, add parsley and garlic sprouts and chopped and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
Cook pasta al dente, the sauce, season it with lemon juice and Parmesan.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta orecchiette
- 400 g of mushrooms
- 1 glass of olive oil
- Parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
