Orecchiette with broccoli
Instructions
Boil al dente cauliflower or broccoli.
Leave it to drain and divide it into florets and eliminate the hardest part.
Fry the lard with oil and remove it from the broth.
Add the cauliflower and season.
Cook the orecchiette until al dente, drain and toss in a pan with the cauliflower, add the lard and sprinkle with cheese.

- 400 g of type pasta orecchiette
- 400 g of green broccoli
- 70 g of diced bacon
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 5 tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese
- Salt
