Orecchiette with bacon in wine and onions of tropea
Instructions
Grate the parmesan and sprinkle on a sheet of parchment paper; combine the onion rings and bake for 3 minutes in the microwave at 600w.
Meanwhile, sauté the chopped onion with oil, then add the sliced pancetta, Deglaze with the wine and salted drained pasta jump al dente.
Prepare a pesto with basil, pine nuts and walnuts and place it in the Pan during the mixing of the dough.
Serve the pasta inside the basket of parmesan and onions.

- 200 g of type pasta orecchiette
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
