Orecchiette with Broccoli (Orecchiette con Broccoli)
Instructions
Peel broccoli, remove the leaves and flowers to divide florets.
Wash them and then boil them for a few minutes in boiling salted water.
In a pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil, saucepan, heat the garlic and chili and then insaporitevi the florets.
Meanwhile, bring to a boil salted water and lessatevi the orecchiette.
Drain the Pan and flavour of broccoli.
Shuffled and passed on the serving dish.
Serve with grated Parmesan.
A variant is to boil the broccoli with orecchiette, drain and then season it with olive oil and grated Parmesan.

- 300 g of type pasta orecchiette
- 800 g of broccoli
- 1 clove of garlic
- Hot pepper
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
