Crunchy sea bream
Instructions
Clean, wash and dry the bream.
In a bowl beat the egg with milk and dip the fish for half an hour.
With almonds, mint, chives, sliced and a little ' pepper ' mush ' a and round off the bream so that the mixture adheres well to the surface.
Place the bream on a baking tray, drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle with butter flakes; Add salt and pepper and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Puree the tomatoes with the juice of 1/2 lemon, two tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Serve this sauce with the fish.
