Sea bream with parsley
Instructions
Peel the onions and garlic, and wash the parsley; chop everything up and put it in a bowl, combine 1 1 glass of wine, 1 pinch of Chervil and tarragon and 1 glass of water.
Clean and gut the fish, put it in Casserole 1, before pouring oil and arrange around the mince with the marinade.
Cover the fish with lemon slices, add salt, pepper and bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, by spraying occasionally with cooking.

- 1 gilthead of 1500 g
- 3 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of dried tarragon and chervil
- Olive oil
- Salt
