The Provola hake (2)
Instructions
Wash and dry fillets of hake with absorbent kitchen paper, then flour, pass them in slightly beaten egg and salt and fry them in 1 pan with 30 g of butter and 1 tablespoon oil perfumed with bay leaf.
Gently turn them with 1 scoop.
Once cooked, place in buttered baking dish 1, cover them with very thin slices of provolone and pass them in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

- 8 hake fillets
- 100 g of smoked provola cheese
- 30 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Flour
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 egg
- Salt
