Instructions

Carefully wash the mussels.

In a large saucepan, put 20 g of crushed garlic, salt, pepper and bring to a boil.

Add the mussels and cover.

Remove the mussels when they are open and keep them warm.

Continue to cook the cooking by adding curry, butter mixed with the flour, milk and cream.

To thicken, stirring constantly and pour the sauce over the shells with mussels.
