Stuffed Mussels (Mitili Ripieni)
Instructions
Carefully wash the valves of mussels, by rinsing well.
Then, with a small knife, open the seafood, but without dividing the two valve.
Chop garlic and parsley, add to the mixture the breadcrumbs and egg, add salt, pepper and add two tablespoons of olive oil.
Fill with this mixture the valves of mussels that still contain the fruit, and then richiudetele.
Place the mussels so filled in a large bag, close and bake in hot oven for 25 minutes.
Serve very hot.
