Mix of mushrooms and almonds
Instructions
Cut the various leaf fungi.
In a skillet Sauté garlic in oil.
Dip the mushrooms in boiling oil.
Add salt, pepper and wet with a little wine.
Cook over high heat for a few minutes.
Add the almonds and chopped garlic and parsley before serving.

- 6 servings of mixed frozen mushrooms
- 50 g of shelled almonds

- Little of white wine
