Minestrone of maltagliati
Instructions
Cook vegetables in 2 gallons of boiling water, with the dice, for about 1 hour.
Sauté in butter and oil, chopped onion, garlic, parsley, bacon and tomatoes.
Add the mixture to the soup, add the "maltagliati" and lead to firing.
