Minestrone soup (2)
Instructions
Put to cook the vegetables, beans, onion, potatoes and ventresca.
When everything is well done, cut the bread into thin slices on a plate and pour over the soup.
The skiing rest for a few minutes and then serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of vegetables (salad, chicory and swiss chard)
- 200 g of dried beans
- 1 onion
- 250 g of potatoes
- 100 g of pork belly
- 1000 g of corn bread
