Instructions

Let the lentils in water overnight, then cook in water and pass through a sieve.

Fry the onion in the oil and when it starts to Brown, add the tomatoes, spelt, the lentils and broth.

Cook for 40 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Served sprinkling with a little olive oil.
