Asparagus soup
Instructions
FRY in a saucepan with the butter and oil the asparagus tips, ham and chopped onion, then add the broth and cook for about 15 minutes.
Pour the rice, bring to cooking, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

- 300 g of asparagus tips
- 200 g of rice
- 50 g of ham
- 30 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 150 cl of broth
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
