Soup with vegetables
Instructions
Peel the carrot, Zucchini, garlic and onion; the first cut in julienne.
Chop garlic and onion and put them in a saucepan with 1 30 g of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Sauté for 3 minutes; Meanwhile, cut fillets, combine the tomatoes sauce with carrot and zucchini and make them taste a bit; Add the broth, season with salt and cook 12 minutes.
Then add the chopped pasta and finish cooking.
Serve warm, with Parmesan.
