Bolognese soup
Instructions
Boil the beans in water 150 cl with a gauze bag containing onion, carrot and celery into small pieces.
Remove the bag and add the diced potato and nut.

- 50 g of peeled tomatoes

- 100 g of type egg pasta dough
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Little of olive oil
