Mezze penne silvana
Instructions
Put the mushrooms soaked in warm water, change the water a couple of times and then leave them to soak for 20 minutes.
Clean the artichokes, then toss them in salted water with a slice of lemon, cut them into strips and sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil and a clove of garlic.
Add the crushed tomatoes with a fork, season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
Drain the mushrooms, add them to the sauce.
Strain the mushroom soaking water and add little by little making Cook the sauce for at least half an hour.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, cook them al dente, seasoned and served piping hot.

- 320 g of type mezze penne pasta
- 2 artichokes
- 30 g of dried porcini mushrooms
- 250 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 clove of lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
