Mezze penne with almonds
Instructions
Finely chop the almonds.
Melt the butter in a small frying pan, pour the almonds and let seasoning over medium heat.
Combine 2 tablespoons milk, mascarpone, parmesan cheese and a pinch of pepper.
Stir over low heat and add salt.
Boil the pasta in salted water, drain and serve with hot sauce.

- 350 g of type mezze penne pasta
- 50 g of mascarpone
- 50 g of toasted and peeled almonds
- 25 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
