Instructions

Clean and wash carrot, celery and onion and cut it into cubes.

Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly.

In skillet Saute 1 chopped with a little oil for 5 minutes, then add the mushrooms and stir.

Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and mix again.

Saute the fish, passed in flour, oil for 2 minutes and add to the frying pan to marinate.

Serve cod with toasted almonds.
