Cod with yoghurt
Instructions
The yoghurt combine chopped onions, paprika, fennel seeds, ginger, sliced garlic and cinnamon.
Pour over the fish and season in refrigerator for 4 hours.
Then put it all into a baking dish, season with salt and olive oil and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with Mint.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of cod fillets
- 150 g of compact white yoghurt
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
- 1 bit of cinnamon
- Chopped mint
- Olive oil
- Salt
