Instructions

00187 COD and SALMON ROLLS with SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 one piece of cod, 6 cheese, 4 slices of smoked salmon, 2 spring onions, parsley, salt and pepper.

For the sauce: 2 natural yogurt 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 lemon, salt.

Place the cod in a saucepan with cold water, add a sprig of parsley, salt and cook for 10 minutes.

Potato and break it into small pieces with a wooden spoon with cheese; Add the finely chopped onions, season with salt and pepper, mix well.

Cut the salmon into pieces and place on top of each piece (a slice of salmon should be divided into three) some cod puree then rolled up.

You can apply the cod puree over the whole roll up salmon slices and then cut them into thick discs.

Serve the rolls with sauce aside.

For the sauce mix yogurt with chopped onion, mustard and a little lemon juice, add salt.
