Turkey medallions in balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Season the meat with salt, pepper and finocchina.
Make medallions.
Fry the onion and Bacon into small cubes, add the floured medallions and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
Serve with side dish of peas sauteed with onion and bacon.
