Potato medallions
Instructions
Take the potatoes, Peel and cut into fairly thick slices.
On each slice place a slice of ham and a thin slice of cheese.
Overlay another slice of potato and bound in each cross medallion with thin wire so that the stuffing doesn't lure by baking.
Put the potatoes and prepared with oil and butter, and some Sage foglietta on a baking tray, leaving cook top and rivoltandole until they are well accompanied by the two parties.

- 4 large potatoes
- Some slices of ham
- Some slices of fontina cheese
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Some leaves of sage
