Monkfish medallion steamed with vegetables
Instructions
Clean the fish and cut into medallions.
Place on a dish and marinate with the wine, ginger and parsley.
Clean out carrot and celery, cut into julienne strips and Parboil.
Put the fish in steamer, add salt, pepper and cook for 4 minutes.
Put the vegetables in olive oil marinade with basil, julienned.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 monkfish (angler fish) of 600 g
- 1 carrot
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 slice of ginger
- 10 leaves of basil
- 1 tablespoon of white wine
- 40 g of olive oil extra virgin
- Parsley
