Beef with potatoes
Instructions
Place in a cold saucepan all ingredients except potatoes and cook over medium heat for about 3 hours in covered pot.
30 minutes before end of cooking add the potatoes peeled and cut into small pieces.
Bring cooking meat and potatoes and serve beef on a dish already sliced, garnished with potatoes and sprayed with cooking.

- 800 g of rump steak
- 50 g of butter
- 250 g of potatoes
- 2 glasses of white wine
- 2 cups of water
- 3 onions
- Pepper
- Salt
