Instructions
Fry the pork loin, cut into slices the thickness of a finger, in oil.

Prepare the parsley sauce.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add half a tablespoon of flour and stir well.
Continuing to stir, add the milk gradually.
Serve the pork and potatoes with parsley sauce.
Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
