Pork with peppers
Instructions
Drain the peppers and cut them into strips.
Cut the meat into small pieces, place in a bowl with 2 cloves sliced garlic, a sprig of Rosemary and ground pepper.
Keep in a cool place for 2 hours.
Brown the meat in a little oil and garlic, then drain.
Let stand for 10 minutes in the bottom of the baking strips of pepper and serve with the meat.

- 700 g of mixed pork pulp
- 1 jar of yellow and red peppers in vinegar
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Olive oil
- Salt
