Lasagne with spinach
Instructions
Boil the spinach, squeeze, chop them and pass them in a pan with 50 g butter, salt and pepper.
Combine the ricotta cheese, 50 g Parmesan cheese, 150 g cream, egg, grated nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Bake the lasagne.
In a buttered baking dish alternating layers of lasagne and spinach mixture.
On the last layer pour melted butter, parmesan and cream.
Put in hot oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
