Turkey rolls and artichokes
Instructions
Slice very thin giant breast and cut it into slices of palm of one hand.
Salt and pepper each slice of Turkey.
Remove the hard leaves, tips and the stem with artichokes and cut into thin wedges.
Distribute them on each slice.
Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
In large frying pan melt the nut with two tablespoons of water, often turning them until they join the rolls.
When start to Brown and the liquid evaporated, add hot water slowly enough to lead to firing.
Toward the end of cooking you can add a little parsley.

- 300 g of turkey breast
- 5 clean artichokes
- 1 nut
- Salt
