Fried peppers and anchovies
Instructions
Wash the peppers, dry, infilzateli with a fork on the side of the stem and then toss them directly over the gas flame, turning constantly, until all the skin is completely browned.
As they are ready, close the peppers in paper bag for bread, lasciandoveli for half an hour: the steam that will be formed within will remove the skin from the pulp by facilitating the subsequent stripping operation.
Remove the skin scraping peppers with a Pocket knife and removing debris with a paper towel, avoiding, if possible, to wash them.
Cut four regular pitches from each pepper and mondatele from the seeds and pith.
Align the foot of the table, spolveratele pepper with salt and pepper and wrap each around an anchovy fillet.
Place in a deep dish and toss with the oil and then sealed the pot and store in refrigerator rolls even for a day or two.
When serving, accomodateli in a serving bowl with lettuce leaves and tomato cappuccia to cherry halves.

- 4 sodi and fleshy yellow peppers
- 16 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
