Spring rolls with mushrooms
Instructions
For the success of this dish, the thickness of the slices must be really thin.
Lay meat slices 8 well and place in the center of each a mushroom cut into flakes, a pinch of parsley and chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
Arranged over the slices so stuffed, other slices of meat.
Formed of winding rolls on themselves split into slices, put them in flour, then in beaten egg white.
Heat a heavy dose of oil, when will fuming soak for a few minutes the rolls.
Drain well and place on a paper towel, then place in a large dish and serve.

- 16 slices of silverside of beef
- 8 mushrooms
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Flour
- 1 egg
- Abundant of frying oil
- Salt
