Marjoram rolls
Instructions
Wash, dry and chop the leaves of Marjoram.
Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, marjoram, salt and pepper.
Place each slice on a part of the compound, formed of exit and rolls with a toothpick.
Saute it in a pan with butter and oil, wet with wine and cook 5 more minutes.

- 4 thin slices Veal =
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 80 g of breadcrumbs soaked in milk
- 1 handful of marjoram
- Chopped parsley
- 30 g of butter
- Olive oil
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
