Brown rice salad
Instructions
Wash peppers and discard seeds and filaments.
Cut bell pepper into small pieces, pineapple and celery.
Peel the avocado, then cut the flesh into small cubes and soak it with lemon juice.
Mix vegetables and pineapple rice in a bowl.
Apart from beating 4 tablespoons oil with 1 of Apple Cider vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce on the rice and mix.

- 120 g of boiled rice
- 1 avocado
- 2 slices of fresh pineapple
- 1 red pepper
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

- 1 == Pto Pepper
