Instructions

Wash and cut into Matchstick Zucchini and carrots.

Thinly slice the asparagus tips and artichoke hearts.

Dice the cheese and crumble the yolks of the eggs.

In a bowl put the rice and add the vegetables.

Stir and add the cheese and egg yolks.

Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with olive oil extra virgin olive and serve.
