Leek salad (2)
Instructions
Cut leeks into rings, including the green part.
Chop the chicory and cut the tomatoes into wedges.
Prepare a vinaigrette by dissolving half a teaspoon of salt in half a tablespoon of vinegar, add 3 tablespoons olive oil and 1 teaspoon of mustard and emulsify.
Pour the vinaigrette over the vegetables and serve.

- 4 leeks
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g of chicory salad
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
