Leek salad
Instructions
Cut leeks into rings, slice the chicory, cut the tomatoes into wedges and put all vegetables in a salad bowl.
Prepare a vinaigrette by whisking together 4 tablespoons oil, vinegar, 1 pinch of salt, pepper and a teaspoon of mustard.
Mix very well the sauce and pour it over the salad, stir and serve.

- 4 leeks
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g of chicory salad
