Cheese and sprouts salad
Instructions
Prepare salad dressing: mince the olives and, when done in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice filtered.
Leave it to infuse while you prepare the rest.
Peel and wash more water into the salad, then drain well.
Peel and rinse the sprouts and dry them gently.
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
In a serving bowl, a little deep, make a bed of salad, fan out over cheese nuts forming a Crown and, in the Middle, placed a pile of mixed sprouts.
Pour on the olive sauce prepared and served.
Alternatively, leave the sauce in a sauce pan, from which the guests can use directly dosandolo according to their taste.

- 250 g of first cheese sale
- 100 g of several sprouts (soy, alfa alfa)
- 100 g of spring mixed salad
- 10 pitted taggiasca olives
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
