Winter salad
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and fennel and finely slice.
Wash and drain the lettuce, cut into strips and add to the other vegetables.
Slice the onion and blend it with the rest.
Season with a citronnette prepared by whisking in a bowl with lemon juice, oil and salt.
Mix well and serve.

- 100 g of radicchio rosso
- 2 artichokes
- 1 faggot
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
