Instructions
Soak the bread, squeeze it and mix it in a bowl with the minced meat, parsley and chopped garlic.
Combine the egg, 1 pinch of salt, pepper, butter, parmesan and mix well all ingredients.
Finely chop the bacon.
Form meatballs, placing a bit of bacon and slightly flat in the Palm of your hand.

- 400 g of minced meat
- 150 g of stale bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 80 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- 10 g of butter
- 50 g of bacon
- 1 pinch of salt
- Pepper
- Frying oil
