Bread dumplings (2)
Instructions
Soak in cold milk bread.
Fry the bacon.
Squeeze the bread and stir in ham, bacon, bacon, egg, parsley, parmesan, salt, pepper and flour in order to create a homogeneous compound.
Make balls of about 5 cm in diameter and cook them in salted water for about 20 minutes from when they are afloat.
Toss with goulash or venison or meat sauce or melted butter/Sage/Parmesan.

- 500 g of stale bread
- 1 egg
- 100 g of ham
- 50 g of bacon or stew
- 100 g of parmigiano
- 100 g of bacon (or ham or mortadella)
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 00 flour
- Parsley
